We offer personalised care consisting of a range of support including personal cares, companionship, advanced care, respite care, child care and up to 24 hour continuous one to one... care in your own home. We provide care for people of any age - young, old or in between. We have a large team of honest, caring and compassionate caregivers and administrators who share this goal and are willing to go the extra mile for the client. Care at Home provides care and support throughout Hamilton City and the greater Waikato and we are able to provide care within hours of your call to us. Our caregivers can provide care for you in many retirement villages and rest homes as they would if you were in your own home in the community. Care at Home is a 24 hour service which means we are always at the end of the phone with immediate response to our clients. You will speak to a member of staff who is familiar with your situation and the assigned caregiver. We do not outsource or subcontract our work to any other company. Care at Home is a non-medical company who provides support on an individual basis. However, we also effectively work within a multidisciplinary team which may consist of doctors, District Health Nurses, Hospice and social workers. Care at Home provides the day to day personal support. This ensures the client receives optimal care within their own home. Our experience tells us that positive relationships are the key to successful quality care. We match a client with the caregivers as closely as possible in response to the client's individual needs.
