Care 2 Share Resources is a small privately run organization comprising of four companies, Horizon Residential Care Ltd, Care2Share Ltd, Care2Share2 Ltd and Real Life Care Ltd. The companies provide a range of services for children and families which are predominantly residential and began in 1997 with Horizon Residential Children's Home. Over the... past 18 years the organisation has grown and in addition to two children's homes operated by Horizon and Care2Share2, Care2Share has established 2 Residential Family Assessment Centres and Real Life provides 16+ Residential Supported Living Services for young people and Supported Living Projects for parents. All the companies share the same ethos, to provide a stable, nurturing and caring environment for young people and families to enable them to be safe, access a wide range of support, improve their life skills and progress towards independent living. The registered Children's Homes Care2Share2 and Horizon, are rated Outstanding by Ofsted and have consistently maintained this rating for many years. Care 2 Share's residential family assessment Centres are both also registered with Ofsted and have achieved an Outstanding and Good with Outstanding features Ofsted ratings.
