Cardiomedix, a Telehealth and ambulatory cardiac monitoring company, was founded in 1988 by its medical director, Dr. Daniel David, a renowned cardiologist. Cardiomedix begins sales of the system. 2014 FDA approves Commwell's "Wireless PhysioGlove"-a wireless 12-lead ECG system in a glove for effortless patient self-use.
