Erik Grunwald, founder and current president, started Cardinal Business Forms, Inc. in 1997. Before starting his own company, Erik spent 3 years in the forms business working in the western U.S., the Midwest and for the last 29 years, out of Raleigh, North Carolina. As a result, Cardinal has developed and maintained relationships with a wide range... of printers, suppliers and other product manufacturers throughout the country. These relationships allow Cardinal to provide its customers with excellent pricing and high quality forms and other products. Eriks vision for Cardinal has always revolved around service, not only with respect to each customer but also as it relates to the community. Cardinals customer service department, headed for the past 12 years by Debbie Blouin, is second to none and is a central focus of the company. Erik still travels thousands of miles each year throughout the mid-Atlantic region to personally call on customers in order to stay on top of product needs, document management, local business climates and any other customer concerns. Through Cardinal, Erik and other company personnel also devote significant time and resources to community service in Raleigh, especially the Rotary Club of North Raleigh and its charitable foundations and service initiatives.Read More
