Capstone Services, LLC provides quality residential services to persons with developmental disabilities. We provide education and training so all people with disabilities can be valued and dignified members of the community. We provide supports according to each person's individual needs and priorities, and focus not only on safety and care, but on increasing empowerment, self-sufficiency, community inclusion, and opportunities for choice. Capstone Services, LLC has been providing services to persons with disabilities since 1985. Capstone Services, LLC provides services to approximately 85 individuals with a variety of disabilities in both apartment and home settings throughout the Twin Cities Metropolitan area and Northeast Minnesota. Our team of Registered Nurses are available to assist with each individual's healthcare needs and provide 24 hour telephone triage. They bring a wealth of experience in a variety of diagnosis, including: brain injury, developmental disabilities, mental health, as well as, aging and general medicine.
