Capital Solutions USA was established in 2008 in the midst of the real estate crash era. With banks giving bad loans and real estate values went down substantially, banks found themselves within short while not being able to handle the situation of changing dynamics within the real estate lending industry with no grasp on the growing situation of a... growing amount of borrowers unable to pay back their loans due to the decreasing Real Estate values. As a local real estate owner, individuals, and financial syndicators, we had to deal directly with banks for our own real estate loans. After a great success with negotiating and settling our own loans we started offering loan settlement services to our immediate business associates, and with the rate of success of 95%, we started offering our services to the general public. Our forte is dealing with banks that were taken over by the FDIC and then sold to local banks or other financial institutions who needed our services dealing with the Jewish orthodox community borrowers and bringing both parties to reach a settlement.
