Capital Machines Service Department is the backbone of the company and is unrivaled anywhere in the south. The department currently consists of nearly 30 members including 24 Field Service Engineers strategically spaced throughout Capitals 12-state region. In addition to multiple team members answering customer calls, we also offer an online Service Request form to help expedite your service needs. Our subsidiary, Capital Robotics, specializing in robotic welding and other Industrial applications for Robotics including but not limited to Machine Tending, Material Handling etc. The Atlanta Technology Center serves as headquarters for Capital Robotics but we also maintain systems and conduct customer training in Dallas. Capital has consistently expanded technical staff members including welding engineers, application engineers, and service engineers. Capital Robotics offers modular Fusion Arc welding cells, in-house training classes, an abundant inventory of consumables and robotic welding parts.
