Capital City Comics

Established in 1975. We are back in our newly renovated classic location at 1910 Monroe Street where we've been since 1977. Capital City Comics carries new comics but the store specializes in high grade back issues of Golden-Age, Silver-Age, and modern comics. Most of the massive inventory is not all the floor so it is helpful to call ahead so they... can dig up what you are looking for and get it priced for you (if it's out of print). We also carry a large variety of graphic novel and collections from the mainstream to more obscure material that you won't find in most comic book stores. This is not a mall-type store and we don't carry a lot of toys, fanfare, or games (although we can order it for you). We're hardcore comics. We have temporarily moved to 1402 Regent Street while our permanent Monroe Street location undergoes renovations. We will be returning to 1910 Monroe Street In later summer/early fall.
