CAP LIFE is the new sports-based aggregators in the scene, advancing the Health and Fitness industry through sports. We offer multiple fitness programs catering to many competitive sports, mainly Badminton and Football. CAPLIFE's certified coaches provide specialized, personal training for both individuals and teams alike, customized to your skill... level for both fitness and technical aspects of the sports. Our KITUP program focuses on individual training with emphasis on improving your fitness and sports techniques, while BUILDUP is a more team-oriented program which focuses on team building fitness sessions and helps players develop various techniques with their fellow teammates as a unit. Furthermore, we provide nutrition and physio plans to help you enhance your performance in every way possible. This ensures that you play at your highest level in all your sessions and competitions. We have Badminton and Football Academies for U-18 and U-14 in all of our centres to train aspiring junior athletes flourish in their sport of interest. Molding young athletes to realize their potential in sports and work towards it is what we strive for in our academies. We organize open tournaments, as well as Corporate, Mixed-Corporate and Community based events regularly, where athletes of all age and skill group get together to play and test their prowess in sports and other events.
