He has successfully assisted clients as a trial attorney, advocate, negotiator, and legal adviser. Stephen Howard graduated cum laude from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 1999. His academic honors have included membership in the National Order of Barristers and the American College of Trial Lawyers Medal for Excellence in Advocacy.
