Students with EF face difficulties analyzing assignments, planning, prioritizing tasks and scheduling them. They also need reminders and praise for their efforts! My 15 year old, who has Dyslexia and Dysgraphia, went from being stressed out about tests and final end-of-the-year assignments, to feeling confident and together. And everything was turned in on time. Even my child has said what a great product you have. I sincerely wish your product was available when my older child (with diagnosed executive function disorder) was in school. I would say that CanDue has been a big help to my students when planning out their assignments. They are asking me "when is this assignment due?" more than ever before which shows me that they are doing a better job of keeping track of due dates and getting rid of the "wait, that was due?" excuse. I have found a lot of success in requiring students to have a minimum of one submission to CanDue per day because it helps them think about what they should be working on and helps avoid the "I have no homework to work on" excuse that I sometimes run into during a resource class. I have also found that the students have benefited from the CanDue app because it allows them to input their assignments quickly and they can use it when they are walking through the hallways in between classes.
