Philippe and Monique cumulate over 40 years of experience in strategical management, project and change management, Information Technology development and management. CanDAM's canadian DAM and IT customization experience ranges from the press and media industry to the public adminsitration and police forces, and we have some significant additional experience with libraries and museums, communication departments for larger corporations, event management companies, travel industry and logistics, and finance and banking sector. We can assist in pre-investment decision making and business case elaboration, as well as strategic enlignment of your IT systems with your business strategy. We can help you make the busines case for your DAM, prepare the DAM project planing and manage your project from A to Z, or our intervention can be scoped to specific areas. We do have significant experience with such areas as project management, change management, business analysis, custom programing, realization of back-end/mobile/web interfaces, conception of applications based upon the software API, integration with and/or roll-out of Content Management Systems along with DAM. Our background is both technical and managerial at CanDAM, which allows us to provide a unqiue strategic vision to our customers and drive projects towards sucessful user adoption even in thoughest, unionized or difficult, change resistant environments.
