After the heat treatment,the company take the frame to the machine shop where a CNC machining center precision machined the bed surface and linear guidway surfaces in one setting. The benefit of machining the entire frame after heat treatment is that the company can machine all the machined surfaces at the same time. Therefore, the company ensures that every important surface on the machine is perfectly parallel and square. Afterall all, a CNC Router can only cut as accurately as it was manufactured. Paint -The company then move the finished machined frame is then moved to the paint shop, where it is carefully prepared for spray painting.
