Understanding that adult learners are busy with work and lifestyle, - and may have a shorter attention span - allows us to create great modular training programs that engage these learners and involve them in their own learning. This methodology has proven very successful for both our hands-on training solutions and our web-based training programs. When hands-on and web are combined they are doubly effective, providing the learner with a greater opportunity to make a significant change in behaviour, that will lead to lasting change. CPD creates programs with a low student-to-teacher ratio, and is known for creating involvement and intensity in the learning process. We couple this training with vehicle-specific training for the greatest impact.
