About Canadian Navy

The Toronto Branch of the Naval Officers` Association of Canada (NOAC) was founded in 1946. The first President was Lieutenant Charles Arthur (Bones) Burke, DSC and Two Bars. Our goals are to: To support the Maritime Command of the Canadian Forces To foster public awareness of the contributions made by the men and women who serve Canada at sea To work in close cooperation with the Naval Officers' Association of Canada in order to achieve goals established at the national level To provide support to all officers, and their families, who have served in the Naval Service of Canada To encourage and support the Naval Reserve and, in particular, our host unit, HMCS YORKExplore more
