Campfire has significantly improved the way Dig In is able to roster and organise volunteer availability. We are also able to have access to all of our volunteer's safety information such as emergency contacts, medical conditions etc all in one place, as this is worked into the sign-up process that Campfire provides. We also love that our service d... ata (how many meals are made each week and the number of shifts each volunteer participates in) is able to be easily uploaded and presented in a very simple way. We love having all of this information in one place and the software has allowed us to be more organised and streamlined with a lot of our processes. The other amazing part about Campfire is the wonderful team and the support they provide to us and our volunteers. They take a very personal approach and give 100% of their efforts into making sure the program is helping us in an effective way.
