Camcorder Guerillas

Camcorder Guerillas is a Glasgow-based voluntary collective of independent, filmmakers, activists and artists. We have a network of members and affiliates who support our aims. What do we do? We make and showcase films and documentaries that raise awareness of social justice issues facing our local communities. Our films aim to start or contribute... to campaigns. We see ourselves as part of a global movement that is working towards social justice in our society. We produce films that are made in collaboration with, and used by, minority or disadvantaged communities and those working with them. Drawing on the resources, skills and experiences of our members, the Collective equips grassroots activists with the skills to make and use high quality video documentaries for campaigning and awareness raising.Read More
