About Cambridge Centre for Mindfulness
The Cambridge Centre for Mindfulness was founded in 2009 with the aim of bringing clinician-lead Mindfulness-Based interventions to Cambridgeshire. Since then the centre has offered the MBCT programme to over a 1000 participants in Cambridge, from group, to one-to-one sessions to workshops on Mindfulness in the workplace. The field of Mindfulness have grown dramatically over the last few years, with wonderful resources available to all. Everyone can benefit from Mindfulness, and start at any point. The specialist focus of Cambridge Mindfulness is the interweave between Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness: MBCT (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy).
