Rick White, Founder and President of California Solar and Plumbing, holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Conservation from the University of California at Berkeley, as well as a Master of Business Administration Degree from Pepperdine University, and has been actively involved in the Solar Energy Industry since 1977. David P. McMillan, General Man... ager, has been in the Construction Industry as an Operations Manager for the past 10 years and over 15 years experience in accounting. He is a life long resident of Southern California and is a graduate of Cal State Northridge with a degree in Business Administration. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Building Industry Association of Southern California as well as Builders' Care. His accounting and operations experience create a foundation for California Solar and Plumbing. Bill Asebroek, Energy Consultant, started with California Solar & Plumbing in April of 2002. He brings 15 years of experience in the construction and development business sector. Bill owned and operated his own business in the Pool & Spa service and repair field for 6 years. Bill offers the customer product knowledge combined with many years of experience. Dave Green-Customer Service, an Air Force veteran, has worked in the Solar Industry since 1982. After six years with other companies, Dave joined California Solar in 1989 as a service technician. After eight years in the field, we realized that we needed Dave's knowledge and experience with solar in the office. He now manages service and production. Alex Cunningham- Service Manager, has worked in the plumbing industry since 1982. He adopted solar in 1995 when he joined California Solar and Plumbing as part of the production crew.
