Beginning in March 2007, a mandate by the Washington State Department of Health (DOH) requires all clinics, spas, and beauty salons that offer laser treatments to have a licensed physician, Physician's Assistant (PA), or Nurse Practitioner perform the initial client evaluation and be there for the introductory treatment. At Calidora, we have taken the DOH mandate one step further by not only having licensed medical practitioner's onsite supervising treatments, but also performing the treatments on our clients. As always, we encourage all of our clients to ask questions about our practitioners, their individual treatment goals and our recommended treatment plans.
