Just like all New Yorkers, Julia and Kevin are always busy with work, family and other things. Who wouldnt want a personal chef at home to cook for the family but its so difficult to arrange as well as a big expense. Most of us dont have enough time prepare a good meal ourselves, but food is a lovely gift for those we care about, so wouldnt it be g... reat to hang out with family and friends in a cool place to enjoy that great food together? Thus the idea of Market Table by Cafe M was born. Wed love to share with everyone our top culinary kitchen providing freshly prepared food, artisan products and ingredients sourced from our farm partners in upstate New York. We care about the quality of our food and we pay particular attention to its preparation. Thats why 80% of the food you find in our shops is made by our in-house team of chefs. We do not manufacture', everything is made by hand in small batches by people who really care about food. For us, local farmers should be at the heart of the community. We like to surround ourselves with local bakers, fishmongers, butchers and other independent retailers and we are committed to championing small-scale artisan producers through our shops. We are proud of being a Grab & Go that brings fresh food, flowers and chocolate to you daily and our years of knowledge and experience to ensure that we bring you the best quality, value and above all, flavor to everything we do. More than anything we pride ourselves on working hard to put good food on your table. Whenever possible we like to use food and ingredients grown and reared in upstate New York and that means obtaining ingredients only when they are at their best. As a result, our menus and the fresh produce we offer change regularly to suit the seasons. Food packaging is kept to a minimum and we use recycled or recyclable products whenever possible.
