Can you remove Viruses and Malware/Adware from my computer and how much does that usually cost and how long does it take? The Byte Shop specializes in Virus, Adware and Malware removal. Bring in your computer or schedule an onsite visit and our technicians will diagnose and remove any Virus or any other malicious Adware and Malware from your computer. After the removal we will install software to halp protect you from future contamination. The standard fee for a complete Virus Removal, Tune-Up and Virus/Malware protection is $125.00. What type of Warranty do you include in repairs and service? All computers and parts carry the manufacturers warranty. For Lenovo computer that is 3 years. Labor is warranted for 7 days and our in-house warranty on used parts is 30 days. Do you offer online support?
