Sameer has spent his entire career in public accounting. He has extensive experience providing federal and state tax planning, representation before federal and state taxing authorities, research, and compl... iance services to middle market and emerging growth companies in a wide variety of industries. During his career, Sameer has been actively involved in tax research and planning for numerous mergers and acquisitions. Prior to starting BW Group, Inc. Sameer spent over three years at a national firm where he rapidly worked his way up. Zachary Wilson graduated from Texas Tech University with a masters in accounting in 2007. He worked his way up to a senior position in a national firm located in Dallas. After three years, he decided to pursue his entrepreneurial goals and establish his own firm in Addison, Texas. Zachary is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA). Zachary specializes in tax planning and return preparation for individuals and small businesses.
