Buy Smart LLC is committed to customer satisfaction. If your items are damaged, defective or incomplete, a request for a return or refund must be made within 48 hours of the original date of receipt. Our Returns Department must be notified of all returns at Order@buysmart-gsa.com. No returns will be accepted without notification (Return without pri... or authorization, see below). In the event of a mistake, we will do our best to ensure returns are handled quickly and fairly. Please check your Packing Slip with the contents of your box. Items must be returned to Buy Smart LLC within 14 days of purchase for a full credit. Items returned must be in the original packaging and in re-sellable condition. Most items carry a 30-day exchange policy if you are having problems with an item. Item returned from 14-28 days are subject to a restocking charge of 5-15%. Product returned after 90-days may not be able to be returned to the manufacturer distribution center. Due to Legal and Health code issues, we can not accept back any food or medical type items. If you are unhappy with an item please let us know. We closely monitor returns, and if we find a consistent problem we will stop selling that item until the issue is resolved by the manufacturer.Read More
