Often a simple change in day-to-day routines can ease anxiety and increase safety and comfort while maintaining dignity and independence. We will help you navigate the journey and explore the options for your future. For many clients, remaining at home is an achievable goal. And should a transition to supported living be advisable, we will draw upon our discussion of your wants and needs and will offer a recommendation and plenty of resources to make your decisions easier. At the conclusion of our meeting, you will receive written recommendations arising from our discussion and an assessment of your needs.
