It's founder is Bob Bushover has over 40 years experience working with animals in research and 30 years experience in producing antibodies, antibody development, and antibody assaying. Bob is the President/CEO of Bushover's Biologicals and his wife, Holly Swain is the Vice president and handles all the accounting. Bob is a State of Maine Licensed V... eterinarian Technician since 1981. Bob received his BS from Colorado State University in animal science in 1975 and an AAS degree in Veterinary Technology Lab animal science at Sunny @ Delhi in 1972. Bob also taught animal care and animal nutrition at Kennebec Valley Community College in Fairfield Maine. Prior to establishing Bushover's Biologicals, the original focus of the company was to produce custom antibodies for specific customers and and antibodies for general sales. Over the years the focus has evolved to almost exclusively doing custom antibodies. We have been working with a number of companies for over 15 years. Besides antibodies to hormones, cardiac markers, tumor markers, and proteins, we have extensive experience making antibodies to bacterias, viruses, and toxins. Bushover's Biologicals is certified as a blood collection facility (not for direct export) for rabbits and goat blood products under USDA License #ME-TEC-0002.
