To win the award which was presented at Kia's annual Dealer Conference on January 13th in Budapest, the dealership had to show high standards across the business in not only a record sales department for 2015 but service and parts departments too, where exceptional levels of service are being met. To inform the awards, Kia use scores which are established through online customer satisfaction research firm Reevoo.
