We are a full service company. We can handle the whole auction procedure, from the signing of the contract to delivery of the sale proceeds. We can sort, clean, organize, display, advertise and auction the merchandise. We also have a loader to facilitate setup of bigger items and assist with after the sale load out. We maintain a user friendly web page and list our upcoming auctions . Our web page features numerous color pictures of the upcoming sale items as well as some pictures of past sales. We maintain a database of e-mail addresses of 1000+ people interested in going to auctions. We directly e-mail these people lists of the items coming up for auction. We can also e-mail individual digital pictures, last minute additions, site conditions, late finds, etc. All our e-mails are sent or received with Norton Anti-virus software, which is updated regularly. Our e-mail list is NOT given out or will NOT be sold, it is for our own use only. A high quality digital camera allows us the ability of taking pictures of any item and e-mailing that picture to a prospective buyer from anywhere in the country. This gives the absentee buyer a much better perspective and usually results in higher bidding. We take absentee bids or phone bids on items. We were the first auction company in Montana to offer real-time on-line bidding. Although this service is cost prohibitive for most auctions, we have used this service for the Art, Cowboy & Indian Collectible auction we do for Manitou Gallery several times. We utilize a fully computerized clerking system. This system is a wireless remote computer system, online between clerk and cashier by means of radio transmitted computer signals.
