Established in 2016. We are a family owned and operated, local coffee shop who serves 100% Kona coffee grown and roasted on Kalehua Farms in Hawaii, exclusively for Burlap Joe's! Burlap Joe's started off with a dream to bring you the best coffee, and an experience called the ultimate coffee experience. We started with a standard Colombian coffee bean back in 2016, remodeled the shop, and got it ready for business. Unfortunately, not long after opening, construction shut us down for a period of time. During this time, many other coffee shops starting coming into fruition locally, so once the construction was over, our goal again was to bring you something special, the best coffee there was. With that said, we sought out to find the world's best coffee, which we found to be Kona coffee. Our findings got us in touch with a farm owner, Mike, who told us his biodynamic coffee farm is among the only grown in the United States, and out of that comes the coffee which was voted as world's best coffee only a few years previous.
