About Burgess Contracting
Burgess Contracting Company has been serving St. Clair County and the surrounding areas since 1954. A privately owned corporation led by the founder, Raymond Burgess, President, Tim Burgess and Vice President, Nick Burgess. Some of our major contracts have been with Detroit Edison, St. Clair County Road Commission, Raymond Excavating Co., T. R. Pieprzak, Boddy Construction and Steve Hyde Excavating. In addition to the fleet of ten (10) gravel trains and six (6) 4-axle steel leads owned by Burgess Contracting, we can provide an additional 50 brokers to handle any size project. The end result is we can put together a trained, competent group of employees with well-maintained equipment to respond to your needs.
