With our current team having over 70 combined years of experience in the building controls, automation and mechanical services industry, we have the expertise to project manage, install, commission and service the entire range of building controls works, ranging from service callouts, small upgrades to multi-storey major projects. A buildings air-conditioning and lighting can account for 80% of its energy consumption. Building Control Systems can implement energy efficiency strategies and simple reporting, trending and monitoring solutions which will result in significant energy cost reductions. Our System Partner Agreement with DEOS Australia, allows Building Control Systems access to the patented Bauer Optimising System which allow us to have a real point of difference with regard to what other energy solutions providers offer. We believe Bauer Optimising type systems will revolutionise the HVAC industry. Building Control Systems is also a Loytec Competence Partner which allows us to install and utilise another quality European controls product, especially suitable to open protocol integrated projects.
