Summer Street Capital Partners (SSCP) was formed in 1999 to raise and manage two parallel private equity funds scheduled to close in Q1, 2001: Summer Street Capital Fund I (SSCF I), an SBA-leveraged private equity fund with $60-75 million in committed capital.
