Born in Eastern Oklahoma lake country, Mike Smith was raised in one of the largest wrecker and towing businesses in the area. Mike has been involved in literally thousands of difficult situations from truck wrecks down to the most routine calls to assist stranded motorists. After 20 years in the towing business, he returned to college at OSU where... he met the love of his life , veterinarian Dr. Stacy Smith. Together they ran a mixed animal practice in Dalhart, TX and then moved to Canyon where they ran an equine breeding and reproduction clinic for about 15 years. Now at a point in their life where doing what you love is more important, they have a herd of top quality American Quarter horses and black Angus cattle. Mike never lost the love for the adventure of the towing business. He has now started Buffalo Towing in Canyon where he hopes his customers will appreciate the kind of old fashioned personal service he was raised and taught to provide by his family.
