BAS Real Estate & Auctions, LLC was established in 2007 in Ft. Lupton, Colorado by Butch Hagelstrom. Butch has been involved in numerous auctions over the years and is a 2007 graduate of the World Wide College of Auctioneering. BAS is a Colorado licensed broker that can provide assistance in marketing your real estate, both thru the auction method... of marketing, as well as traditional marketing. BAS has the capability to provide on-site auctions and internet auctions for our customers, utilizing pre-sale marketing thru print media, website advertising, and sale bill postings. BAS is associated with AuctionTime.com providing an outlet for both agriculture, construction, trucks & transportation equipment, and a wide range of other items. We utilize a number of websites to advertise our upcoming sales. We provide equipment, and staff to ensure a smooth sale process. We typically arrange for a charitable group to serve lunch and we also provide restroom facilities. Our benefit auction services continue to be a growing part of our auction business. We have conducted benefit auctions for all sizes and occasions, from a small family fundraiser to the large annual corporate benefit auction. BAS has been privileged to worked many benefits: Safari Club International, St. Bernadette's Catholic School, Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, Muley Fanatics, Ducks Unlimited, Hope Lives, Light It Up Blue Aspen, Susan B. Coleman, NRA, as well as many additional benefits auctions. Our compensation is based on commission. Therefore, our success is directly tied to the success of your sale! We provide a complete accounting of the information regarding the items sold at your auction and a list of the relevant expenses.
