We want to take this opportunity to introduce our firm, Buchar, Mitchell, Bajt Architects, Inc., to you. Our firm was formed in 1983 to provide in-depth assistance to the client who requires Architectural services of a personalized, special nature. Our office provides a full range of services to the client including master planning, all phases of a... rchitectural and engineering design, construction administration, and post occupancy services. Our team approach has been honed and fine-tuned over the years, which allows us to provide the maximum amount of output in the minimum amount of time, at the most reasonable cost to the Owner. Our firm is a Type S Corporation owned by Thomas A. Buchar. We currently employ 8 individuals consisting of 5 Licensed Architects, 2 Intern Architects and 1 Office Manager. We are members of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC), American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the National Council of Architectural Boards (NCARB). In addition, our staff volunteers for a number of local non-profit organizations. Buchar, Mitchell, Bajt Architects, Inc. and its team participants have extensive past experience in University, Educational, Institutional, Athletic, Commercial, Healthcare, Industrial, Religious and Multi-Family projects. We work on a variety of project types for good reason: it keeps us enthusiastic and creative; it helps us grow professionally; and allows us to bring a fresh perspective to each new project.
