BTR primarily carries out groundworks, civil engineering and reinforced concrete frame contracts, as well as structural steel work, basements, underpinning, external works, small demolition and builders work packages in London and the South East. With over 50 years combined experience between them and having worked for some of the major companies within the sector Ben and Tom approached the new venture with vast experience and knowledge. Committed to safe delivery, BTR's projects traditionally range from £15,000 through to £3.75m with our on-site teams having the full support of our head office services including plant, design and logistics. In the first year BTR turned over £1.52M which grew to £5.2M in the second year. In the third year BTR turned over approximately £6M and is set up and targeting £9 - 10M in the year ahead. BTR work closely with clients to ensure that projects are completed safely on programme and within budget; always keen to work with clients in the early stages to ensure that the best value engineering options are explored and prides itself in completing jobs within Programme. BTR Building Services work as either a specialist sub-structure or principle contractor. As well as continuing to work with current clients, which include Mace, Morgan Sindall, Wates and others BTR is keen to increase it's core client base.
