Brownstone Professional Services is a New York City based corporation, in operation since 1992. We offer a comprehensive array of services to building owners. Brownstone Management is responsible for all aspects of building management necessary to assure quality service to both tenant and landlord. Brownstone currently manages over 70 buildings con... sisting of over eight hundred apartments and retail space. We oversee all daily aspects of maintenance for these buildings including financial, legal and maintenance concerns. Brownstone also specializes in construction management, building renovation, and gut rehabilitation. In the past five years we have completed full renovations of 3 buildings. All construction is handled by a competent staff, for larger jobs outside contractors may be used. Our President has been a building owner since 1979. His knowledge and experience as a building owner offer a unique understanding of his client needs and goals of successful building management.
