Brown Box, Inc. is a distributor of board and card games. As such, we only sell to retailers and not to the general public. If you are a retailer and would like to open an account with us, please be aware of the following restrictions: Retailers must provide a copy of a valid tax identification certificate. Retailers must have a commercial shipping... address. Retailers may be required to show photographic proof of store ownership (store front, display cases, etc.) on a case by case basis. We will require a valid credit card on file for pre-payment or late-payment situations. All new accounts must pre-pay for the first 90 days. After this 90 day probationary period, we will extend net 15 terms to accounts in good standing. If payment is not received within the net 15 terms, we will charge the credit card on file for the amount due plus an additional 10% late fee penalty.
