Michael F. Brinkash, Professional Land Surveyor was licensed to practice professionally in September 1977 and began his private practice as a sole-proprietor in 1978. In 1981 he and Charles J. Gasperetti, Jr. formed a partnership under the name of Gasperetti & Brinkash Associates. The partnership continued until the retirement of Mr. Gasperetti in... 1998. Subsequent to his retirement the business was established as Brinkash & Associates, Inc. Mr. Brinkash serves as the current president of the corporation and is a licensed land surveyor in Pennsylvania and New York. Michael P. Brinkash, Professional Engineer and Professional Land Surveyor joined the firm in 2003 to provide civil engineering services. Brinkash and Associates, Inc. is now a full service land surveying and civil engineering firm located in Ashland, Pennsylvania and provides professional services in numerous counties within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Currently, Brinkash & Associates, Inc. employs 9 full time employees. Of the 9 employees, there are 5 Licensed Land Surveyors, and one Licensed Professional Engineer.
