Dr. Sev Kessler attended Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado, where he received a degree in General Biology and Chemistry and a minor in Business Administration. Dr. Kessler first discovered chiropractic during his time as an avid skier. He herniated three of his discs in his early twenties and was told he would need an operation to fuse his spine. Skeptical of the idea of invasive surgery with a life-altering end result, he decided to explore other alternative forms of treatment and found chiropractic, which he is quoted as saying, It saved my life.
