I have found that the staff have always been courteous and worked hard to solve any problems. Most of the problems have been resolved in a few hours by remote connection to the PC and Brighter Connections have managed to get computers up and running in a timely manner. I have received good advice from Brighter Connections personnel, especially with regard potential cyber-attacks on our computer systems. Therefore, as a user, I am very happy with the support and advice provided. My experiences of using Brighter Connections to support our business have been exceptional. Their staff are knowledgeable and helpful, responding to our queries quickly to seek a prompt resolution. Whether it is a hardware or software issue, we know we can rely on one of the team helping us. If for whatever reason that person cannot help, they always find someone else in the team with the relevant knowledge or skills to progress our call.
