Bright Star Learning Center

We are a top-quality preschool and childcare center located in Columbia, Missouri that has recently expanded to provide specialized care to a larger number of children. The center is locally owned and family operated by Michelle and Trevor Lally. We are open Monday through Friday from 7:15 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. Bright Star Learning Center, LLC enrolls... children ages 6 weeks to 5 years. We have three classrooms to accommodate different age groups and learning levels. Our Infant/Toddler Room is for children 6 weeks to 24 months, has the capacity for 8 children with a 4 to 1 child to teacher ratio. Our Junior Preschool Room is for children 24 months to 3 years, has the capacity of 16 children with an 8 to 1 child to teacher ratio. Our Senior Preschool Room is for children that are potty-trained and 3 years to 5 years, has a capacity of 20 children with a 10 to 1 child to teacher ratio. We also have a curriculum specifically for children entering Kindergarten the following school year to prepare them for that classroom and transition.
