Bright Riders School is committed to ensuring that the Dubai campus is well-staffed, well-resourced and compliant with statutory requirements. The governance committee will be involved in all strategic areas including the school's philosophy and objectives, policies, appointment and review of the leadership team, managing key relationships, ensurin... g quality infrastructure, resources and financial stability. The Committee's role is to support continuous improvement, guide development and hold the school leadership accountable for the quality of education delivered. In terms of specialist recruitment, the Dubai campus of Bright Riders School will recruit at least A1 Level of English under Cambridge English Language Assessment and Arabic teaching faculties and will use a standardized Arabic Language Proficiency Test (ALPT) to ensure high levels of proficiency in Arabic language, phonics, pronunciation, and comprehension. Specialist teachers who are highly qualified in their subject will have University teaching degrees and the requisite approval from KHDA and MoE.
