Payment: We accept payments by PayPal, money order, personal check, wire transfer, MasterCard, Visa and American Express. If you send us a check, we require 10 business days for it to clear. All orders must be in US dollars. If you use a credit card or PayPal, the shipment address must match your address on record, but we will not charge your account until your merchandise is ready to ship. Warranty: We offer a full refund or no cost replacement on any item you purchase from us that is defective due to materials or workmanship. This includes the cost of shipping within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. International shipping will not be refunded, but the item can be replaced or refunded. Items damaged in shipping from Bright Blades will be exchanged or refunded, either by us or by the carrier. Warranty Limitations: Cosmetic defects must be reported within thirty (30) days of delivery. Non-cosmetic defects in a functional item must be reported within one year of delivery. Scratches and minor blemishes in a functional item are not defects. Abuse of an item is not covered under this policy.
