Bob is an approved, independent Verifier for the Progressive Aboriginal Relations (PAR) online management and reporting program of the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business (CCAB). He is one... of five PAR Verifiers in Canada. This aspect of the company business involves verification of corporate reports on outcomes in the PAR performance areas of Aboriginal employment, business development, community investment and community engagement. Bridging Innovations Inc. is focused on developing improved relationships between businesses in Canada and Aboriginal communities and organizations. Bob Miller, having Gitxsan First Nation and non-First Nation heritage, has the inherent abilities to literally walk within and successfully relate to both the Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal worlds. Being a PAR Verifier, Bob is in a position to work with companies that are conducting exceptional Aboriginal relations practices. He has firsthand experience and knowledge of what it takes to build and maintain successful working relationships with Aboriginal communities. Bridging Innovations Inc. is firmly grounded on the extensive experience that Bob acquired in government and for the last many years as a consultant working with Aboriginals, agencies, corporations and industry. Bob Miller was previously District Manager of the Fort St. John Forest District. Then he became District Manager of the Kamloops Forest District during which time he managed a multidisciplinary staff of about 100 regular employees and a $13,000,000 budget.
