Bridges Of Hope

We are Bridges of Hope, and have been serving North Carolina communities since March 2007. We are dedicated to helping people who struggle with symptoms from mental health, substance abuse and developmental disabilities. We are compassionate about helping people by offering optimal health care delivery and consider our services a "bridge of hope" t... o help get through and over the area(s) that are scary, difficult, and at times seemingly impossible to go through alone. We know that each person has his/her own personal differences and find very unique challenges to overcome. We strive to meet each person in these challenges and help them to get the treatment and help they need to be healthy and have opportunity for a better quality of life. With National Accreditation through CARF International, and Gold Star achievement from our Managed Care Organizations, we pride ourselves in being a provider who pays careful attention to the needs of our communities and our patients we serve.
