We offer a Support Worker service where goals are paramount via a person centred plan tailored to your individual requirements. Bridge Pole Ltd will work with you to create a service that matches your individual needs whether this is companionship, organising activities, participating in activities with you, through to more intense support to enable progression and development. There are varying levels of support available which can help you in many ways such as: Life skills and daily tasks such as; preparing meals, using public transport. Engaging in social activities, interaction in the community and leisure activities Working towards independent living Or simply having fun by arranging activities you would like to do We are flexible and will work around the hours that suit you, whether you need a Support Worker for a couple of hours a week or a full week, during the day or evenings and weekends.
