We will pair you with the instructor who best fits your physical history, and they will tailor the diverse library of Pilates movements to your body and goals. At Bridge Pilates, we are dedicated to vigorous, playful, and compassionate teaching. Our Brooklyn studio houses a full line of Pilates equipment, from the latest Pilates tools, to vintage equipment that was personally designed by Mr. Pilates. In a typical session at Bridge Pilates, you will exercise on both the mat and on specialized equipment like the Reformer, the Cadillac, and the Wunda Chair. These machines all use springs, which provide resistance that challenges your body and balances it effectively. After a Pilates session you will feel stronger, taller, flexible, balanced, and more aware of your body.
