Brick Oven Pizzeria

We have co-owned and operated the Brick Oven Pizzeria since 2002. For the first five years, we operated out of the historic Grubstake building. With the help of family, friends, and two investors (now friends), we built the new Brick Oven Pizzeria & Pub. We wanted to preserve the deck as a place for the community to gather and celebrate a days' adv... enture. More often than we would like, the community has convened at the Brick and raised a glass in memory of a friend who has gone before his time. We wanted visitors to feel welcome bellying up to the bar with locals and get the inside scoop on the good hiking, skiing, biking, boating, rock climbing and fishing. We proudly support local non-profits that make our community a safer, better place. The CB Avalanche Center, Gunnison Trails, CB Mountain Bike Association, the Adaptive Sports Center and the Community School are all vital components to our town. If we are not around the restaurant, its likely we are enjoying the snow, single-track, or rivers nearby.
