These guys are the best, replaced my heat pump for 1/2 what the other guys wanted. We purchased a NEST for our part-time home. Of course we had difficulty in setting up which included calls to customer support. It was determined to obtain professional help. Called the recommended pros from the NEST site which included Brian's Mechanical. Sooo happy... we did. Over the phone Brian assessed the problem and gave suggestions. It worked great and our NEST is up and running. Thank- you Brian- will recommend you highly to all. I called Brian for a professional install of the Nest Thermostat. I was having trouble installing the Nest on my (antique) HVAC system, and I gave him a call. He was able to get to my home and provide service right away. It happened that I had some wiring issues with my HVAC system, and he troubleshot it and got it online within more than a reasonable time frame. He was personable, professional, fair, and flexible for my schedule. I will definitely use Brian in the future for all my HVAC needs, and I will recommend him to others! Good service, good price, I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you Brian. Used Brian for the first time yesterday to service a Goodman heat pump that has been giving me some problems. He showed up when he said he would and took the extra time to explain everything to me in detail when he was finished. That kind of service is hard to find in a HVAC guy. They normally always seem so rushed ready to move to the next job. I had my usual HVAC contractor cancel on me twice so that is why I decided to give Brian a try. So far so good.
